Strength Flow

Mon 8:00a-9:00a with Linda

Strength Flow is designed to increase stamina, strength, balance, and flexibility, and get you moving in the morning. Beginner and intermediate students welcome.


Pilates

Mon 9:30a-10:30a with Melissa

Students will move through low-impact movements designed to build flexibility, muscular strength, and endurance. Focus is placed on proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.


Beginner Yoga

Mon 4:30p-5:30p with Lynn

Learn the fundamentals of yoga to begin building your practice. Students will become familiar with general terminology and alignment in the common yoga poses while improving physical fitness.

Deep Stretch will get your mind settled and muscles warmed and lengthened. In class, students should expect to hold poses and find a calm breath while releasing stress, tension and toxins. This class is perfect for anyone looking to find relief from pain, to work on letting go of stress, and to release blood flow to repair and rebuild muscle tissue.


Creative Flow

Tue 6:00p-7:00p with Shay

Creative Flow is for students that are comfortable with the general terminology and poses of yoga. Using a meld of yoga and primal movement, we create beautiful transitions between poses and build muscle, flexibility and grace. Students will find an amazing connection to mind and body as they move through a dance-like flow.


Gentle Yoga

Gentle Yoga focuses on promoting relaxation, relieving stress through fluid movement, and enhancing health and overall wellness. Modifications are offered throughout the class, making the gentle practice safe, accessible, and adaptable to most individuals. The key principles are self-care and self-compassion.


Mommy and Me

Wed 11:30a-Noon with Lynn

(Ages 5 and under.) Fitness and fun for little ones and their parent or caregiver. Start enjoying the benefits of yoga with a quick and engaging class full of music and movement.


Special Needs Yoga

Wed 4:30p-5:30p with Lynn

Special Needs Yoga is designed for all ages and abilities to move, connect, and have fun! Students progress through asanas that build strength and flexibility, while breath work is integrated into muscle movement. Some of the goals that we work towards in class each week include increased body awareness, self regulation, balance, and coordination.


Tabata

Tabata is a form of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) that gets your heart rate up in the anaerobic zone and trains all of your energy systems. You’ll burn calories both during and after your workouts as you build endurance and get into great shape.

Revelation Wellness is a ministry that seeks to use fitness as a tool to spread the good news Gospel message.  We believe that health and wellness needs to be the full picture of a person, not only in body but also in mind and spirit.  Join us in helping people love God, get healthy, be whole, and love others.


Vinyasa

Vinyasa is a flow for all levels of yoga practice, specifically designed to warm the muscles, tone the body, increase balance and obtain flexibility. Each class will begin with a fluid and warming flow and end with calming and cooling stretch and meditation.
