Triangle Pose

(UTTHITA TRIKONASA) This pose engages every part of the body, strengthens the core, opens the hips and shoulders and strengthens the legs.

Half Dragonfly Pose

(UPAVISA KONASANA) Opens the hips, back of thighs, inner knee, and side body.

Crescent Moon Pose

(URDHVA HASTASANA) This pose deeply stretches and improves core body strength, balance, and concentration. Also, it improves circulation and energizes the whole body.

Warrior Two Pose

(VIRABHADRASANA II) Warrior II strengthens the legs and opens the hips and chest, while developing concentration, balance, and groundedness. This pose also improves circulation, respiration, and energizes the whole body.

Tree Pose

(VIRABHADRASANA II) Warrior II strengthens the legs and opens the hips and chest, while developing concentration, balance, and groundedness. This pose also improves circulation, respiration, and energizes the whole body.

Upward Salute Pose

(URDHVA HASTASANA) Not only does this pose strengthen the belly, shoulders, and armpits, but it also improves digestion while helping remove mild depression.

Downward Facing Dog

(ADHO MUKHA SHVANASANA) This pose deeply stretches the back, opens the chest, and builds upper body strength. This posture stimulates the brain and nervous system, improving memory, concentration, hearing and eyesight.

Dancer Pose

(NATARAJASANA) This pose strengthens the shoulders, chest, legs and ankles, while improving balance. It also strengthens the thighs and abdomen
